Product Description
Human N-alpha-acetyltransferase 40, NatD catalytic subunit (NAT11) ELISA Kit | KTE61370 | Abbkine
Application: This Human N-alpha-acetyltransferase 40, NatD catalytic subunit (NAT11) ELISA Kit employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate NAT11 in samples. An antibody specific for NAT11 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anyNAT11 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for NAT11 is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of NAT11 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Detection Method: Colorimetric
Conjugate: N/A

Background: NAA40 (N (Alpha) -Acetyltransferase 40, NatD Catalytic Subunit) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Cytochrome P450 - arranged by substrate type. GO annotations related to this gene include N-acetyltransferase activity. Responsible for the acetylation of the N-terminal residues of histones H4 and H2A.
