Ria Kits

The term RIA Kits refers to Radioimmunoassay which are used to measures the concentration of antigens by the use of antibodies to those antigens. It is an immunoassay that uses in a stepwise formation to create immune complexes. The RIA was invented by Rosalyn Yalow and Solomon berson in the 1950s era. Ria requires small samples of blood yet it is extremely sensitive to minute the biological components with in the sample. The Most Sera Ria is two to four times more sensitive than ELISA. The method of ria works when two different antibodies recognize the same target to present multiple epitopes to the antibodies.

RIA techniques is extermly sensitive and extremely sensitive and specific when it perform the measurements of radioactive substances.
