Recombinant human FGF-19 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Phe27-Lys216) of human FGF-19 (Accession #NP_005108.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Bioactivity:
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human FGF19 at 5ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human FGFR4 with a linear range of 0.9-3.8 ug/mL.
