Background: PGDH3 | Phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase 3 (chloroplastic) is an enzyme ( (EC:1.1.1.95) involved in the plastidial phosphorylated pathway of serine biosynthesis (PPSB), step 1 of the subpathway that synthesizes L-serine from 3-phospho-D-glycerate. Expressed in aerial parts. Not detected in roots and meristematic tissue. Expressed in cotyledons, adult leaves, stigma and anther filaments.
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl, of sterile water
Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
