Background: PsaH (PSI-H) is a conserved subunit of type I photosynthetic reaction centers (Photosystem I, PSI) . PSI is an integral membrane multi-protein complex that catalyzes the electron transfer from plastocyanin (or cytochrome c6) to ferredoxin (or flavodoxin) . Psa-H has been suggested to be involved in regulation of state1-state2 transitions. In plants and green algae Psa-H is nuclear encoded and imported post-translationally into the chloroplast where it inserts into the thylakoid membrane.
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 200 µl of sterile water
Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
