Storage Store 1.5 M Tris-HCl, pH8.8, 10% SDS, Ammonnium persulfate and 1M Tris-HCl, pH 6.8 at room temperature. And store 30% Acr-Bis (29:1) and TEMED at 4°C in dark for 6 months. Dilute Ammonnium persulfate with DDH2O (double distilled water) at 1:10.
