Product Description
Biovision | Dexrazoxane | B3369
Description: Dexrazoxane is an intracellular iron chelator and an inhibitor of topoisomerase IIα. Dexrazoxane could chelate iron to decrease the generation of ROS, thus preventing ROS-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Additionally, dexrazoxane is highly protective in reducing anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity and extravasation injury.
