Product Description
Biovision | E4795 | Lipoxin B4 ELISA Kit DataSheet
Lipoxin A4 (LXA4) and Lipoxin B4 (LXB4) biosynthesis has been detected in a variety of inflammatory conditions. Lipoxin B4 (LXB4) is a member of the lipoxin family, with its proresolving effects shown in allergic airway inflammation. BioVision’s Lipoxin B4 ELISA Kit is based on Competitive ELISA principle. The micro-plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Lipoxin B4. During the reaction, Lipoxin A4 in the samples or standard competes with Lipoxin B4 coated on the plate for binding to the anti-Lipoxin B4 antibody. Then Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well, and TMB substrate is for color development. There is a negative correlation between the OD value of samples and the concentration of Lipoxin B4. The concentration of Lipoxin B4 in the samples can be calculated by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
