Product Description
Csk (phospho-S364) polyclonal Antibody | BS4673 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Background: C terminal Src kinase (CSK) is a non receptor protein tyrosine kinase. One of its major functions is to specifically phosphorylate a conserved C terminal tyrosine of Src family kinases thereby down regulating their kinase activity. CSK is expressed ubiquitously as a protein of approximately 50 KDa in cytosol, but a fraction distributes to lipid rafts due to interaction with the lipid raft associated protein PAG (CSK binding protein) .
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: Csk (phospho-S364) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Csk protein when phosphorylated at Ser364.
Molecular Weight: ~ 50 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Tyrosine-protein kinase CSK; C-Src kinase; Protein-tyrosine kinase CYL; CSK
Immunogen: Synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Csk around the phosphorylation site of Serine 364.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Phosphorylation
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
