Product Description
CaMKIV (phospho-T196/200) polyclonal Antibody | BS4300 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: IHC
Application Range: IHC: 1:50~1:200
Background: Ca2+/calmodulin dependent protein kinase type IV (CAMKIV) belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family, and to the Ca (2+) /calmodulin-dependent protein kinase subfamily. This enzyme is a multifunctional serine/threonine protein kinase with limited tissue distribution, that has been implicated in transcriptional regulation in lymphocytes, neurons and male germ cells.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: p-CaMKIV (T196/200) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of human CaMKIV protein only when phosphorylated at Thr200. This Antibody also detects mouse and rat CaMKIV protein when phosphorylated at the corresponding sites (Thr196) .
Molecular Weight: ~ 60 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type IV; CaMK IV; CaM kinase-GR; CAMK4; CAMK; CAMK-GR; CAMKIV
Immunogen: Synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CaMKIV around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 200.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Phosphorylation
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
Pathway: AMPK Signaling Pathway,
