HIBADH polyclonal Antibody | BS65199 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: IHC-p,IF (paraffin section),ELISA
Application Range: Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
Background: 3-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase (HIBADH) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a mitochondrial 3-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase enzyme. The encoded protein plays a critical role in the catabolism of L-valine by catalyzing the oxidation of 3-hydroxyisobutyrate to methylmalonate semialdehyde. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2011],
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: HIBADH Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of HIBADH protein.
Molecular Weight: /
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: HIBADH; 3-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase; mitochondrial; HIBADH
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human HIBADH. AA range:281-330
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
