Product Description
NDUFB10 (E95) polyclonal Antibody | BS3146 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: IHC
Application Range: IHC: 1:50~1:200
Background: NDUFB10 is an accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone. Complex I is composed of 45 different subunits.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: NDUFB10 (E95) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NDUFB10 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 24 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 beta subcomplex subunit 10; NADH ubiquinone oxidoreductase PDSW subunit; Complex I PDSW; CI PDSW; NDUFB 10; PDSW
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 61-110 of Human NDUFB10.
