Product Description
NDUFV2 (P52) polyclonal Antibody | BS3147 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: IHC
Application Range: IHC: 1:50~1:200
Background: NDUFV2 is the core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I) that is believed to belong to the minimal assembly required for catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone. Complex I is composed of 45 different subunits. This is a component of the flavoprotein-sulfur (FP) fragment of the enzyme.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: NDUFV2 (P52) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NDUFV2 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 27 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] flavoprotein 2, mitochondrial; NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 24 kDa subunit; NDUFV2
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 20-70 of Human NDUFV2.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
