CMAS polyclonal Antibody | BS72439 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB IHC
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000 IHC 1:50 - 1:200
Background: This gene encodes an enzyme that converts N-acetylneuraminic acid (NeuNAc) to cytidine 5'-monophosphate N-acetylneuraminic acid (CMP-NeuNAc) . This process is important in the formation of sialylated glycoprotein and glycolipids. This modification plays a role in cell-cell communications and immune responses. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: CMAS polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of CMAS protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 48 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
