Product Description
hCAP-H (D476) polyclonal Antibody | BS3843 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Background: This gene encodes a member of the barr gene family and a regulatory subunit of the condensin complex. This complex is required for the conversion of interphase chromatin into condensed chromosomes. The protein encoded by this gene is associated with mitotic chromosomes, except during the early phase of chromosome condensation. During interphase, the protein has a distinct punctate nucleolar localization
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: hCAP-H (D476) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of hCAP-H protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 82 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Condensin complex subunit 2; Non-SMC condensin I complex subunit H; Barren homolog protein 1; Chromosome-associated protein H; hCAP-H; XCAP-H homolog
