Product Description
Sideroflexin-4 (G12) polyclonal Antibody | BS2090 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Background: Sideroflexin-4, potential iron transporter. SFXN4 is an uncharacterized mitochondrial protein that localizes to the mitochondrial inner membrane. Modulation of SFXN4 alters mitochondrial respiration by affecting iron-sulfur cluster biogenesis. SFXN4 may be a potential druggable target in ovarian cancer.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: Sideroflexin-4 (G12) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Sideroflexin-4 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 38 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Sideroflexin-4; Breast cancer resistance marker 1; SFXN4; BCRM1
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 5-75 of Human Sideroflexin-4.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
