Product Description
Recombinant Human IL-37 Protein | PH0045E2 | Leading Biology
Short Description: Interleukin-37 (IL-37) is a natural inhibitor of immune and inflammatory responses and is involved as an anti-inflammatory factor in immune and inflammatory responses. IL-37 is a cytokine with both intracellular and extracellular functions. Its inhibitory inflammatory response and its involvement in immune regulation are mainly: IL-37 precursor is cleaved by cysteine-1 (Caspase-1) . It becomes an active mature body, IL-37b, which enhances the inhibitory effect of 1L-18BP on IL-18 by binding to IL-18 binding protein (IL-18BP), thereby inhibiting interferon-Y (IF-N-γ) Generation; IL-37b transfer to cells to bind to smad3 to form IL-37b-Smad3 complex, thereby reducing the expression of some inflammatory signaling pathway-related kinases such as FAK, MAPK p38 and c-Jun.
