Product Description
CD38 Antibody (C-term) [APG02491G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This CD38 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 241-270 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CD38.
Cellular Localisation: Membrane; Single-pass type II membrane protein.
Molecular Weight: 34328
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: CD38
Gene ID: 952
Function: Synthesizes the second messengers cyclic ADP-ribose and nicotinate-adenine dinucleotide phosphate, the former a second messenger for glucose-induced insulin secretion. Also has cADPr hydrolase activity. Also moonlights as a receptor in cells of the immune system.
Summary: Tissue Location: Expressed at high levels in pancreas, liver, kidney, brain, testis, ovary, placenta, malignant lymphoma and neuroblastoma.
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: IHC-P, IF, FC, WB
Dilution: WB--1:1000 WB--1:4000 IHC-P--1:100~500 IF--1:10~50 FC--1:10~50 WB--1000
