Product Description
AGFG1 Antibody (N-term) [APR14875G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This AGFG1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human AGFG1.
Cellular Localisation: Nucleus. Cytoplasmic vesicle
Molecular Weight: 58260
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: AGFG1
Gene ID: 3267
Function: Required for vesicle docking or fusion during acrosome biogenesis (By similarity) . May play a role in RNA trafficking or localization. In case of infection by HIV-1, acts as a cofactor for viral Rev and promotes movement of Rev-responsive element-containing RNAs from the nuclear periphery to the cytoplasm. This step is essential for HIV-1 replication.
Summary: Tissue Location: Ubiquitously expressed.
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
