Product Description
NDUFA9 Antibody (Center) [APR08654G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H, M
Specificity: This NDUFA9 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 99-121 amino acids from the Central region of human NDUFA9.
Cellular Localisation: Mitochondrion matrix
Molecular Weight: 42510
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: NDUFA9
Gene ID: 4704
Function: Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Required for proper complex I assembly (PubMed:28671271) . Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
Summary: N/A
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
