Product Description
TNNC2 Antibody (C-term) [AMM08263G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H, M
Specificity: This TNNC2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 97-126 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TNNC2.
Cellular Localisation: N/A
Molecular Weight: 18122
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: TNNC2
Gene ID: 7125
Function: Troponin is the central regulatory protein of striated muscle contraction. Tn consists of three components: Tn-I which is the inhibitor of actomyosin ATPase, Tn-T which contains the binding site for tropomyosin and Tn-C. The binding of calcium to Tn-C abolishes the inhibitory action of Tn on actin filaments.
Summary: N/A
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: WB
Dilution: WB--1:1000
