Product Description
ZRANB1 Antibody (C-term) [APR06203G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H, M
Specificity: This ZRANB1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 665-692 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ZRANB1.
Cellular Localisation: Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Note=Enriched in punctate localization in the cytoplasm
Molecular Weight: 80967
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: ZRANB1
Gene ID: 54764
Function: Specifically hydrolyzes 'Lys-29'-linked and 'Lys-33'-linked diubiquitin. Also cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked chains, but with 40-fold less efficiency compared to 'Lys-29'-linked ones. Positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway that deubiquitinates APC protein, a negative regulator of Wnt-mediated transcription. Plays a role in the regulation of cell morphology and cytoskeletal organization. Required in the stress fiber dynamics and cell migration. May also modulate TNF-alpha signaling.
Summary: Tissue Location: Widely expressed..
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
