BACKGROUND: Sutimlimab is anti-C1s antibody, and studies have shown that it can significantly increase hemoglobin levels in patients with primary cold agglutinin disease. Cold agglutinin disease (CAD) is an acquired autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) . In cold environments, clinical symptoms related to erythrocyte agglutination occur in cold parts of the body (for example, net Cyanosis or cyanosis of extremities) and hemolytic anemia.
