BACKGROUND: ZNF555 contains 15 C2H2-type zinc fingers and 1 KRAB domain. It belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and may be involved in transcriptional regulation. Western blots using two different antibodies against two unique regions of this protein target confirm the same apparent molecular weight in our tests.
