Product Description
BC-1618 is a potent Fbxo48 inhibitory compound that stimulates Ampk-dependent signaling (via preventing activated pAmpkα from Fbxo48-mediated degradation). Fbxo48 and was much more potent than metformin in increasing Ampk function. BC1618 promotes mitochondrial fission, facilitates autophagy and improves hepatic insulin sensitivity.
