Product Description
INH6 is a potent inhibitor of Hec1/Nek2 which regulate the mitotic spindle formation together. It causes chromosome mis-alignment, apoptosis and cell death. It inhibits proliferation of MDA-MB231, MDA-MB468, HeLa and K562 cells with IC₅₀ values of 1.7 and 2.1, 2.4, and 2.5 µM respectively.
