Product Description
N6-Methyladenosine is an adenosine analog that inhibits epinephrine-induced contraction of isolated guinea pig ileum and thoracic aorta. It decreases arterial blood pressure and renal blood flow and increases peripheral resistance in anesthetized dogs. As a modification in the messenger RNA (mRNA), it is the most prevalent internal modification of mRNA in all higher eukaryotes. Also found in tRNA, rRNA, and small nuclear RNA (snRNA).
