Product Description
Remdesivir is a nucleoside analogue with antiviral activity. It inhibits Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV)- or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV)-infected HAE cultures with EC₅₀ values of 74 nM and 69 nM. It inhibits murine hepatitis virus (MHV) with an EC₅₀ of 30 nM in delayed brain tumor (DBT) cells.
