Product Description
STF-083010 is a potent Ire1 inhibitor. STF-083010 inhibits Ire1 endonuclease activity, without affecting its kinase activity, after endoplasmic reticulum stress. It blocks endogenous XBP1 mRNA splicing. Displays cytostatic and cytotoxic effects in CD138+ multiple myeloma (MM) cells in vitro.
