Product Description
VEGFR-2 and tubulin inhibitor inhibits polymerization of tubulin with an IC₅₀ of 1.1 μM. It inhibits the receptor tyrosine kinase VEGFR-2 in vitro and VEGFR-2 in cells with an IC₅₀ of 0.21 μM and 0.11 μM respectively. It shows an EC₅₀ of 9 nM for causing G2/M arrest in A431 cells. Mice treated with this inhibitor show less toxicity and normal pathology.
