Product Description
Enteropeptidase substrate is a useful fluorogenic substrate for determining the activity of the enzyme enteropeptidase/enterokinase. This enzyme recognizes a highly specific amino acid sequence ‘DDDDK’ and cleaves after the lysine residue releasing the AFC moiety that can be quantified using a fluorometer.
