Product Description
MK-1439 (also known as Doravirine), is a non-reversible reverse transcriptase inhibitor used in the treatment of HIV/AIDS with IC50 values of 12, 9.7, and 9.7 nM against the wild type (WT), K103N and Y181C reverse transcriptase (RT) mutants, respectively. It displays excellent activity of suppressing the replication of WT virus with 95% effective concentration of 20 nM. It also exhibited anti-virus activity against 10 different HIV-1 subtype viruses including K103N, Y81C.
