Product Description
Gda, also known as guanine deaminase, catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of guanine, producing xanthine and ammonia. Studies in rat ortholog suggest this gene plays a role in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Recombinant mouse Gda, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by conventional chromatography techniques.
