Background: Nucleoside diphosphate kinase protein (EC=2.7.4.6) is catalysing the transfer of a g-phosphate group from adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to a cognate nucleoside diphosphate. This contributes to balancing of the nucleoside pool. NDPK enzymes are present in most subcellular compartments of the eukaryotic cell.
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water
Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
