Not reactive in: No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known
Additional Information: Antibody may also recognise ATG13b; multiple bands observed due to phosphorylation
Background: ATG13a (Autophagy-related protein 13a) is involved in autophagy in a nutritional condition dependent manner. The ATG1-ATG13 protein kinase complex regulates downstream events required for autophagosome enclosure and/or vacuolar delivery. Alternative names: AtAPG13a.
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl, of sterile water
Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C (short tem, months) or at -80°C (long term, years) ; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
