Background: GID2 | F-BOX protein GID2 (SLEEPY 1) is an essential component of the SCF-type E3 ligase complex, which positively regulates the gibberellin signaling pathway. It mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of DELLA proteins (GAI, RGA and RGL2) . Localized in nucleus and expressed in all tissues tested so far.
Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water
Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
