Product Description
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Tumor associated glycoprotein (TAG) 72. Manufactured using Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibody B72.3 (Satumomab). Tumor associated glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72) is a membrane-bound glycoprotein, similar to mucin, that is overexpressed in many cancers such as in colon, stomach, esophagus, ovary, pancreas, breast, and lung. TAG-72 is not expressed in normal tissues, except in the endometrium during the secretory phase and fetal tissue.
