Product Description
Human Anterior Gradient Protein 3 is a member of the disulfide isomerase family of endoplasmic reticulum proteins that catalyze protein folding and thiol-disulfide interchange reactions. It is required for the regulation of ciliary beat frequency and mucociliary clearance in the airway epithelium. It is over-expressed in breast and ovarian cancer and may serve as a marker for cancer detection and prognosis.
