Product Description
Troponin T is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of troponin complex which consists of troponin C, troponin T, and troponin I. It regulates muscle contraction in response to alterations in intracellular calcium ion concentration. The levels of troponin T increase in peripheral blood after the onset of myocardial injury.
