Product Description
S100A11 is a member of the S100 family of proteins containing 2 EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. S100 proteins are involved in the regulation of cellular processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation. This protein may function in motility, invasion and tubulin polymerization. It is increased in infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma and promotes pancreatic cancer PANC-1 cell proliferation through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
