Product Description
FoxO4 (phospho-S197) polyclonal Antibody | BS4714 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: IHC
Application Range: IHC: 1:50~1:200
Background: FOX4 is a forkhead transcription factor involved in the regulation of the insulin signaling pathway. It binds to insulin-response elements (IREs) and can activate transcription of IGFBP1. FOXO4 down-regulates expression of HIF1A and suppresses hypoxia-induced transcriptional activation of HIF1A-modulated genes. It is also involved in negative regulation of the cell cycle.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: p-FoxO4 (S197) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of FoxO4 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser197.
Molecular Weight: ~ 55, 70 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Forkhead box protein O4; Fork head domain transcription factor AFX1; AFX; AFX1; MLLT7; FOXO4
Immunogen: Synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FoxO4 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 197.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Phosphorylation
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
