Product Description
GCN5 (G720) polyclonal Antibody | BS2669 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: IHC
Application Range: IHC:1:50~1:200
Background: KAT2A / GCN5 is a transcriptional co-activator that has histone acetyltransferase activity. It exhibits significant histone acetyltransferase activity with core histones but not with nucleosome core particles. KAT2A is a component of the TFTC-HAT and STAGA complexes. KAT2A is also recruited by the viral protein Tat during HIV infection, inducing chromatin remodelling of proviral genes.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: GCN5 (G720) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GCN5 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 100 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
