Product Description
ERC1 polyclonal Antibody | BS72401 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family of RIM-binding proteins. RIMs are active zone proteins that regulate neurotransmitter release. This gene has been found fused to the receptor-type tyrosine kinase gene RET by gene rearrangement due to the translocation t (10;12) (q11;p13) in thyroid papillary carcinoma. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: ERC1 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ERC1 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 130 kDa/120 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
