Product Description
LARP7 polyclonal Antibody | BS72429 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000
Background: This gene encodes a protein which is found in the 7SK snRNP (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein) . This snRNP complex inhibits a cyclin-dependent kinase, positive transcription elongation factor b, which is required for paused RNA polymerase II at a promoter to begin transcription elongation. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 3. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: LARP7 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of LARP7 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 71 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: ALAZS;HDCMA18P;PIP7S
Immunogen: Recombinant Protein of human LARP7
