Product Description
NEUROG1 polyclonal Antibody | BS7499 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:1000
Background: Neurogenin-1?is a?protein?that in humans is encoded by the?NEUROG1?gene. Acts as a transcriptional regulator. Involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation. Activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3') . Associates with chromatin to enhancer regulatory elements in genes encoding key transcriptional regulators of neurogenesis. NEUROG1 has been shown to interact with CREB-binding protein and decapentaplegic homolog 1.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: NEUROG1 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NEUROG1 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~26 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
