Product Description
ZNF673 polyclonal Antibody | BS8243 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:2000
Background: Zinc-finger proteins (ZNF) contain DNA-binding domains and have a wide variety of functions, most of which encompass some form of transcriptional activation or repression. The majority of zinc-finger proteins contain a Krüppel-type DNA binding domain and a KRAB domain, which is thought to interact with KAP1, thereby recruiting histone modifying proteins.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: ZNF673 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ZNF673 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 20 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: KRAB domain-containing protein 4; KRAB box domain-containing protein 4; KRBOX4; ZNF673
Immunogen: Recombinant full length Human ZNF673.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
