Product Description
PARG polyclonal Antibody | BS71578 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:1000 - 1:2000
Background: Poly (ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG) is the major enzyme responsible for the catabolism of poly (ADP-ribose), a reversible covalent-modifier of chromosomal proteins. The protein is found in many tissues and may be subject to proteolysis generating smaller, active products. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: PARG polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of PARG protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 111 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: PARG99;
Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human PARG
Conjugate: Unconjugated
