Product Description
TGM5 polyclonal Antibody | BS8666 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB IHC
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:2000 IHC: 1:50~1:200
Background: This gene encodes a member of the transglutaminase family. The encoded protein catalyzes formation of protein cross-links between glutamine and lysine residues, often resulting in stabilization of protein assemblies. This reaction is calcium dependent. Mutations in this gene have been associated with acral peeling skin syndrome.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: TGM5 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of TGM5 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 81kDa
