Product Description
Src (Phospho-Y419) polyclonal Antibody | BS94067 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
Application: WB FC
Application Range: WB:1:1,000 FC:1:50-1:100
Background: The Src family of protein tyrosine kinases, which includes Src, Lyn, Fyn, Yes, Lck, Blk, and Hck, are important in the regulation of growth and differentiation of eukaryotic cells. Src activity is regulated by tyrosine phosphorylation at two sites, but with opposing effects. While phosphorylation at Tyr416 in the activation loop of the kinase domain upregulates enzyme activity, phosphorylation at Tyr527 in the carboxy-terminal tail by Csk renders the enzyme less active.
Storage & Stability: Store at +4°C after thawing. Aliquot store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
Specificity: Src (Phospho-Y419) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Src protein only when phosphorylated at Y419.
Molecular Weight: 60 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
