Product Description
TRIM33 (C-terminus) monoclonal Antibody | MB0067 | Bioworld
Host: Mouse
Reactivity: Human
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:1000
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is thought to be a transcriptional corepressor. However, molecules that interact with this protein have not yet been identified. The protein is a member of the tripartite motif family. This motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants for this gene have been described, however, the full-length nature of one variant has not been determined.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: This Antibody detects endogenous levels of TRIM33 (C-terminus) and does not cross-react with related proteins
Molecular Weight: Predicted band size:120KDa Observed band size:140KDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
